Screw Couplings
MSV Metal Studénka is a traditional European manufacture of screw couplings for freight and passenger railcars and locomotives. Our screw couplings are supplied in compliance with the UIC requirements and with surface treatment according to the customer’s request:
We manufacture:
- Standard screw couplings for load 850 kN, 1220 kN, and 1350 kN,
- Short screw couplings and screw couplings with four stackle links for load 1000 kN and 1200 kN,
- Auxiliary screw couplings for load 850 kN for automatic coupling systems,
- Screw couplings for light-weight passenger railcars for load 380 kN.
