Company Quality Policy
The quality policy is the fundamental document of the company quality management system. The quality policy is based on the company mission and values.
MSV Metal Studénka will permanently deliver products and services meeting or exceeding the customers’ requirements and expectations.
We want to continuously improve the design and develop new products and technologies in order to ensure competitiveness of our products.
We continue to practice and monitor our quality improvement by revising or implementing new procedures which enables every employee to perform his / her work correctly in all circumstances.
The company management has assumed responsibility to:
- review performance of the company management team,
- review the actual status of the quality policy, determine and evaluate performance of the determined quality objectives,
- perform all of its activities in line with the applicable law, regulations and other legislative or technical regulations,
- evaluate efficiency of main company processes and implement measures for continuous improvement,
- intensify involvement of the company employees in performing the company tasks,
- identify and provide required human and financial resources in order to ensure function and development of the quality management system, completion of the quality objectives and other contractual obligations of the company,
- implement corrective measures in the fastest and most efficient way,
- continuously improve the company image, conditions in the area of safety and health protection for the employees,
- ensure proper environmental protection.
The realization of the company quality mission, values and policy requires an active involvement of its employees.
The Company expects its employees to:
- assume a responsible approach to performance of all assigned tasks,
- have moral honest and high personal responsibility for quality of their work,
- follow the documented procedures of the company for the quality system, safety and other binding directives of the company,
- actively approach improvement of personal knowledge and skills,
- submit suggestions for continuous improvement of any company activity,
